For Managed Services clients, we monitor your systems 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days-a-year. For NCDTech customers without a Managed Services agreement, we have technical support staff on call at all times.

Depending on your particular situation, there is a number of ways we can help. First, NCDTech’s technicians can log in to your system remotely. This enables us to address the issue at hand within 5 minutes. If we can’t fix things remotely, we’ll have a technician on-site in less than two hours.
